These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JOY - Judgement of Yoga (the "Platform") operated by Telangana Yogasana Sports Association("TYSA", "we", "us", or "our") at https://yogachampionship.in. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Platform
JOY - Judgement of Yoga is a tournament management and scoring platform for yogasana sports events. It supports administration, player registration, judge workflows, event management, and publication of results under the governance of Telangana Yogasana Sports Association.
2. Eligibility
- You must provide accurate information when registering or using the Platform.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Admin access is limited to persons authorized by TYSA. Unauthorized attempts to access administrative functions are prohibited.
3. Accounts and authentication
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Where Google Sign-In is offered, you authorize us to receive basic account information (such as your Google email address) for identity verification and role binding as configured by TYSA.
- You must notify us promptly at admin.tgyoga@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable sports regulations.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or scoring information.
- Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or another user's account or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its data stores, or connected Google services.
- Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Platform except as permitted by law.
- Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users or participants.
5. Tournament rules and decisions
Use of the Platform does not replace official tournament rules, participant declarations, or on-field decisions by authorized officials. In case of conflict between Platform display and an official written decision by TYSA or designated tournament authorities, the official decision prevails.
6. User content and data
- You retain ownership of information and images you submit, but grant TYSA a license to use, store, process, and display that information as needed to operate tournaments, scoring, and related administration.
- You represent that you have the right to submit any information or images you provide (including identity documents and photographs) and that such submission does not violate third-party rights.
- Administrators may review, correct, or remove data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or submitted in violation of these Terms.
7. Results and publications
Scores, rankings, and participant details may be displayed within the Platform and used in tournament reports or public result publications as part of normal sports administration. By participating, you acknowledge that competition results are not private once officially published.
8. Third-party services
The Platform relies on third-party services including Google (Sign-In, Drive, Sheets) and cloud hosting providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies. TYSA is not responsible for third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYSA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, TYSA and its officers, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TYSA from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required for tournament integrity or legal compliance. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including privacy, liability limits, and governing law) will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or data protection remedies available under applicable law.
